Algebra 1 Preview
Summer 2025
Give your child a head start in Algebra 1! This intensive preview class covers most core Algebra 1 material, preparing middle or high school students for success.
- Live, interactive lessons online via Google Meet.
- Homework from Big Ideas Math, Algebra 1, California student edition (about 3-5 hours weekly).
- Students submit pictures of notes and homework, for personalized feedback and grading.
- Tests taken at home (outside of class time), graded by me.
Is your child ready to take this summer class?
If your child will pass Math 6 Advanced, Math 7 Accelerated, or Math 8, then they are ready for my summer Algebra 1 Preview class. If not, please have them take my placement test to help determine if they’re ready.
